Story telling is one thing, it has power to create the space where people buy.

When someone hears a story of someone just like them having a positive experience, they don’t want to be left behind.
Even though they may not know the person featured in your story, they are a competitor. A rival who has an advantage they don’t.
It’s even more irresistible.
So if you have a story about how you helped someone from a given niche, inviting people from that same niche to an event where YOU will be telling that story has potential for you.
As does inviting people who target that niche, but don’t compete with you. Especially should they join.
